East Baltimore Enterprise Inc.

East Baltimore Enterprise Inc., known as EBEI, is a WBE/MBE community-based development organization created to promote healthy communities through economic development. This organization conducts master plan development and has developed a variety of projects ranging from affordable housing to office and commercial.

East Baltimore Enterprise, Inc. was the lead developer in the Historic Old Town Business district of the 200 and 300 blocks of Gay Street. EBEI created the Gay Street Federal Historic District and overlapped it with an Enterprise Zone now a focus area to encourage future development.
