Located in the Johns Hopkins Biotechnology Park, this project was a joint collaboration between Pennrose Properties and East Baltimore Enterprise Inc. This development consists of a 32-unit garden apartment building and 31 newly constructed and rehab townhouses.

In 2004, Pennrose and East Baltimore Enterprise were selected to develop three square blocks of the 9.2-acre northern portion of Hopkins Biotech Park. Chapel Green is the first phase of a 185 unit development of both rental and for-sale residences. This project was awarded the 2009 Land Development Council Award of Excellence from the Maryland Builders Association.
